Plaza Hotel Capitole Toulouse, Toulouse

The hotel has a unique style. The rooms had a peculiar smell which was a mix of dead mice and cold cigar smoke but overall nice. The elevator had a helpful post suggesting the best time to access the place. However, my room turned out to be a claustrophobic windowless basement room.
